PQC (R.C.C) Road
Stronger Roads. Smoother Journeys. Built for the Future.
Concrete roads built to carry the load they'll actually see
PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) and RCC road work is rigid pavement construction for internal roads, approach roads and yards that need to carry repeated heavy traffic — built in layers of sub-grade, sub-base and reinforced concrete slab.
Slab thickness and reinforcement are sized to the design traffic load, and each layer is compacted and tested before the concrete is poured on top of it.
Durable Surface
Built for heavy traffic loads
Engineered Layers
Sub-grade, sub-base & RCC slab
Tested Quality
Compaction & strength testing
Longer Life
Low maintenance, high performance
What the work covers
Engineered layers. Built to carry the load.

Sub-Grade Preparation
The base soil compacted and tested to the required density.

Sub-Base & GSB
Granular sub-base laid and compacted to spread the load evenly.

Reinforced Concrete Slab
PQC/RCC slab poured with reinforcement and expansion joints.

Curing & Load Testing
The slab cured for full strength before it's opened to traffic.
